Global Threats are Easy - Just, to point out the Obvious.
People talk all day long about attacking critical infrastructure... and mostly its all these industry places, and oil places... and... its sort of, beside the point - if you want to be most effective.
Now, as has always been the case - the best way to attack people... is to attack their water. A human cannot survive without water, within days or weeks... they will die.
You can take away gas for a long time.
You can take away the cars and the tanks.
You can take away the guns and the bullets.
The water is still a better weapon than all of those things.
"If you do not comply, then we will stop your water."... not gas, not guns, not nukes... just, lets threaten each other with water.
