There are people, including the POTUS, that are attempting to delete history. I have a policy that, whenever possible, I do not delete anything - even if includes mistakes.
We certainly should not delete history that powerful people just want to disappear. By looking at who wants it to disappear, you can understand the power of the history to hurt this person. I do not think anyone should ever be allowed to delete history - we need it to survive; to avoid repeating the same mistakes of the past.
