Notes[1] - Protesting, Humans and the Law: Its a simple matter of copying over more references - these particular Amendments come into play when it comes to the rights of any person found/living within the United States.  The government can't do whatever it wants, it must follow the law; that's where all our problems come from, a POTUS that says there's no such thing as rights/laws and all of us are terrorists.
