I'm a patient - I've now fallen off my roof and down a flight of stairs ... and these people won't return phone calls from me or my primary care doctor - even though they are my active specialist in this matter... weeks upon weeks of ignoring us...

What a terrible human being... this whole place is I guess - National Spine and Pain doesn't give a shit about you... how the fuck has nobody said anything.
