Faster Than Light #FasterThanLight

Just a quick note on "faster than light" speed, as a concept.

1. It would take so much energy to go that fast, you'd never find enough.

2. If you do actually end up moving faster than light... you wouldn't technically be moving, you'd be teleporting; because you just cannot break the speed limit... teleportation would get you around that.

3. The implications become relatively strange ... literally.  If you move past your own light emission, you'd appear invisible... b/c you are moving faster than that light is.

4.  If you follow the theory... once you are moving "faster than light" ... if you turned on a flashlight and shined it in front of you - it would be moving at the speed of light away from you, and you're already going faster than the speed of light.

Do not try to go faster than light, the energy input is beyond what this universe can hand you... but, if you change your mindset on what is happening when moving between two points faster than light... its basically a star trek situation... teleportation.

I only have a passing interest in all things dealing with the Universe - so likely, someone with a degree in this can articulate it better.  I listed all of these things, but this stuff is pretty trivial (and there's probably parts I didn't explain properly to a trained eye/ear).
